About Robin Klombers

Robin joined Carter Braxton in 2021, however first got her real estate license in the 80's in Maryland.  Originally a New Yorker, Robin has lived in the DC Metropolitan area for much of her professional life, and has been a part of many residential and commercial development and property management projects.  

Robin additionally has achieved a national level certification as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®).  This special designation allows Robin to meet the needs of mature clients and their families when selling, buying, or relocating, and it applies to both residential and investment properties. 

As a member of what has been deemed "The Sandwich Generation," Robin sought this SRES® designation after helping her parents, in-laws and many friends with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions during transitional times, or when quick action was necessary for the care of family members as a result of accidents, medical issues or death of a loved one.  The 5-move journey Robin helped her parents take during their transition years has given her direct and personal experience with downsizing, independent senior living, in-home care, continuing care communities, 24-hour care facilities, hospice and estate portfolio management. 

Robin's joy of helping others to fulfill their dreams and goals (both family and investment) through real estate, as well as the vast level of knowledge, experience, integrity, ethics, care, and service she brings to each client discussion is what sets her apart.
